Peak: 1st November– 30th April inc all Victorian School Holidays, Long Weekends, Public Holidays & other designated Holidays (minimum booking periods apply).

Off Peak: 1st May - 31st October (Excluding public holiday/long weekends)

Minimum Nights apply for: Australia Day, Labour Day, Easter, Anzac, Queens Birthday, Melbourne Cup

Christmas: Bookings from Dec 26th or 27th - 7 Night Minimum

Bookings from Jan 3rd - 2 Night Minimum

Deposit & Balance: Credit Card deposit required at time of booking and or confirmation recvied. Christmas & Long Weekend bookings balance of payment must be made 7 days prior to arrival, we will email you 2 weeks in advance as a reminder.. All other bookings must be paid on Check In (surcharges apply paying by card)

Key Deposit: A $50 Key Deposit is required at the time of Check In and will be refunded to you upon return of ALL keys on checkout.

Late Arrivals: If you are going to arrive outside our reception hours the balance owing must be made in full 24hrs prior to arrival. Upon confirmation of your payment we will then arrange for your Cabin/Site Keys to be accessible from our key safe, so please make sure you let us know.

Early departures: NO refunds will be given on early departures.

Cabin Hire: BYO Bedding (Sheets/Blankets/Pillows & Towels)

Pets: Yes we are a Pet Friendly park. Pets must be under control at all times and must never be left on site unattended. Please note Wilsons Prom DOES NOT permit pets. Also, PETS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT PERMITTED IN PARK CABINS OR THE PARK AMENITIES AND MUST BE ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES.

Fires: Fires are permitted at our Park (Drum Hire & Firewood available)

Cancellations will incur a $25 Administration Fee. Loss of Deposit will occur on any cancellations made less than one calendar month prior to arrival unless the booking can be rebooked in full.
